CDI was established as a privately held company in 1960, chartered in the State of Maryland, USA. CDI has felled thousands of structures on a fully insured basis for domestic and international clients. CDI remains a privately held Maryland corporation.


Where Clients required an extra layer of financial security or performance capacity, CDI has provided single project payment and performance bonds of up to US $30 million with a treasury listed surety. Since its incorporation in 1960, CDI has never had a surety bond called by a Client. Our bonding history gives CDI’s Clients the confidence that the contract will be fulfilled on time, within budget and according to the projects specifications.


CDI has placed General Liability limits of over US $100 million for deep pocket, risk averse property owners and clients.
